The heart of single malt whisky prior to maturation holds many undervalued tastes and aromas which comes from barley type, unique yeasts and pure water. This new make spirit is a whisky’s DNA and our mission for the last 5 years has been to take an innovative approach to uncover the science behind it, to ultimately develop a single malt scotch whisky that raises the bar.
The core pillars of our approach is ensuring we only use 100% Scottish malted barley, a big focus on unique & rare yeasts, long slow and controlled fermentation, with extremely slow distillation was found. Meticulous cask selection is then key to enhancing every drop of this special new make.
