Breaking the mold in blended Scotch whisky, The 'Nach boasts an ornate composition of single malt whisky and bourbon barrel aged organic single grain scotch whisky finished in madeira casks, all of which is at least 9 years old.
The 'Nach emphasizes the fruity character of the Single Malt, while the organic Grain evokes a balanced subtle flavour, and the Madeira casks impart an added richness and complexity to the fruit notes with a roundness from their maturity. Bottled at 46%, The Sassenach is non-chill filtered and uses exclusively natural colour – just as nature intended.

The 'Nach Fine Scottish Vodka is the result of our mission to truly define Scotland within the purity of a vodka.
Our exploration pushed us to look further than just the fields of grain, to the dry stone dykes covered in brambles that line the fields, and the apple trees so prevalent in Scotland. Wheat, brambles and apples are all fermented, followed by multiple distillations to create three unique pure spirits. After careful blending, one final spirit, respectful of the purity of classic vodka, sings proud of Scotland and magical on the palette emerges.
